Armateurs de France Becomes an Ocean Partner of Green Shipping Day 2026

Armateurs de France is the professional organisation representing French shipping companies and maritime service providers. It brings together around sixty member companies operating nearly 1,250 vessels across all segments of the maritime industry, including freight and passenger transport, maritime services, offshore activities, oceanographic research, and the installation and maintenance of submarine cables.

As the voice of a strategic industry, Armateurs de France represents its members' interests before French, European and international public authorities. The organisation works to strengthen the competitiveness of the French flag, promote maritime employment, reinforce France's maritime sovereignty, and accelerate the environmental transition of the shipping sector.
