Led by ecoco2, a sustainability consulting firm with strong expertise in transport, the Transport & Logistics Club was created to bring together companies committed to transport decarbonisation and the development of sustainable logistics. It gathers shippers, carriers, freight forwarders and solution providers around a shared objective: accelerating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in a sector that accounts for a significant share of national emissions.
Building on the momentum initiated by the EVE programme (Voluntary Commitments for the Environment – Transport and Logistics, 2018–2025), the Club aims to structure a space for cooperation among transport and logistics stakeholders. It provides its members with a framework for exchange and collective learning, enabling them to share feedback, identify concrete levers for action, and foster new projects in support of low-carbon transport.
Its activities combine networking events, technical webinars, publications of notes and benchmarks, as well as thematic workshops dedicated to decarbonised transport and sustainable logistics. This approach is designed to support companies in implementing operational emission reduction strategies and adapting their activities to the impacts of climate change.
By joining Green Marine Europe as a supporter, the Transport & Logistics Club helps strengthen connections between initiatives engaged in the environmental transition across different transport segments. It also opens new perspectives for dialogue between logistics chain stakeholders and maritime transport actors, around shared challenges related to decarbonisation, innovation and environmental performance.
