Navantia Shiprepairs Cadiz is a specialised shipyard for the refit and modernization of large cruise ships that forms part of the Shiprepairs Division of Navantia S.A., S.M.E., the main naval group in Spain.

Navantia Shiprepairs is a division formed by 3 ship repair centres in Ferrol Estuary (Ferrol and Fene yards), Cadiz Bay (Cadiz and San Fernando yards), and Cartagena Port (Cartagena yard), which are respectively specialised and key international references in the repair, refit and conversion of LNG carriers, cruise ships and mega yachts, while also covering a wide range of commercial vessels and military units.
