Marha Conseil is the latest partner of the European and North American programs

Marha Conseil specializes in maritime and transportation law and logistics. The consulting firm provides expert advice, awareness building and training on the circular economy as well as blue economy opportunities.

Founder and president Marjorie Hagobian has used her expertise to cofound the Institut de l’économie circulaire in France in 2013. Her knowledge of circular economy tools led to France’s Ministry of Ecological Transition to call upon her to be a regional mobilization advisor for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress in 2021. In 2022 she oversaw CMA-CGM’s environmental certification within the Green Marine Europe program. As a parliamentary attaché for seven years, she worked on various reports whose subject matter included: the attractiveness of ports on the Rhône-Saône axis; the energy transition for green growth; the anti-waste aspects of a circular economy; and France Logistics 2025. She is also a winner of the European project 4Helix Interreg Med "Blue Economy" 2019 (involving France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia and Albania).
