Ambassador Cruise Line joins the Green Marine Europe certification process

Green Marine Europe announces the entry of Ambassador Cruise Line into its environmental certification process. The UK-based company operates two vessels, Ambience and Ambition, sailing from the United Kingdom on “no-fly” itineraries.

This participation marks a new step in the structuring of Ambassador Cruise Line’s environmental approach, following several years of technical upgrades to its fleet.

Joining the Green Marine Europe process now enables the company to place these technical choices within a structured assessment framework, based on indicators shared across the European maritime sector, independent verification of reported data, and the publication of results. As with all participants, this approach is part of a logic of continuous improvement, year after year.

This momentum also reflects a group-level context. CFC Croisières, already certified under Green Marine Europe, joined Ambassador Cruise Line in 2025.

By joining Green Marine Europe, Ambassador Cruise Line becomes part of a community of shipowners committed to a transparent and comparable approach to environmental performance, supporting the progressive transition of the maritime sector.
