REFUND POLICY:

Any request for reimbursement must be made in writing and sent to info@greenmarineeurope.org

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

• 100% of the ticket price if the request is received before August 14, 2024.
• 50% of the ticket price if the request is received between August 15 and September 15, 2024.
• No refund if request is received after September 15, 2024.

In the event of cancellation of the event, participants and sponsors will be informed of the cancellation by email to the address provided during registration and will be fully refunded.
